Job description

We are seeking a Photographer to join our creative team. In this role, you will work on the Gifting and Entertaining category in the web/ecommerce photo studio.  This category centers on capturing tabletop and decorative home accessories, presented on clean, solid backdrops or thoughtfully styled in lifestyle environments.


  • Produce high-quality, brand-appropriate imagery that is color accurate, properly exposed, and aligned with creative standards.
  • Process, crop, and manage files in Capture One, ensuring all images meet file size and technical specifications.
  • Execute photography for web creative and social media content.
  • Maintain studio organization, including the care and upkeep of equipment, props, and supplies. Assist with set breakdown and other hands-on production tasks as needed.
  • Manage deadlines and production schedules effectively, prioritizing workflow to meet image count, quality, and delivery expectations.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to shifting priorities and timelines, maintaining a strong sense of pace and accountability until projects are complete.
  • Interpret and uphold the Art Director’s vision, clearly communicating direction and expectations to the broader team.
  • Research and propose new lighting techniques and creative approaches, showing initiative and enthusiasm for experimentation.
  • Collaborate positively with stylists, art directors, and retouchers, contributing thoughtful ideas to elevate the final product.

  • Proven experience in digital photography and lighting setup, preferably in a studio environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Capture One and Adobe creative suite.
  • Familiarity with digital photography equipment and software.
  • Familiarity with using Ai for creative imagery
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for home decor and furniture.
  • At least 5 years of experience
