Part-Time Photojournalist/Editor:

ABC57 in South Bend, Indiana is seeking an experienced Photojournalist/Editor to join our News Team and deliver high quality story telling. 


What You'll Do 

Bring stories to life through compelling video, editing, and dramatic lighting

Collaborate effectively and proactively with reporters, producers, and on-air talent 

Engage with sales clients on commercial content preferences

Work daily with the Creative Services and Sales team on commercial shoots and updates to current commercials

Coordinate shoot dates and execute writing, shooting, and editing for on-air and online commercials as needed

Perform additional duties as assigned 


What You'll Need 

  • Prior experience in a video production role within broadcast, digital, or cable environments 
  • Proficiency in videography, lighting, audio production, and Adobe editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects,    Photoshop)
  • Drone operation experience and license preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail with proven time management abilities
  • Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
