Marketing Coordinator

Location: Connecticut Headquarters

Reports To: Senior Marketing Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a creative, organized, and technology-driven Marketing Coordinator to support marketing, sales, and communication initiatives across multiple channels. This role is ideal for a professional with 3–5 years of experience who enjoys content creation, digital marketing, analytics, and leveraging modern tools to improve efficiency and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, possesses exceptional attention to detail, and continuously looks for opportunities to improve processes and marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage content for email, web, social media, presentations, product literature, and internal communications.

• Support sales teams through presentations, customer collateral, case studies, customer communications, and sales enablement materials.

• Manage campaigns using HubSpot Marketing Hub, including email marketing, workflows, landing pages, forms, segmentation, and reporting.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other digital tools to support ROI-based marketing decisions and continuous improvement.

• Coordinate website updates, social media initiatives, and lead generation activities.

• Plan and support trade shows, customer events, and employee engagement activities that strengthen both our brand presence and company culture.

• Utilize AI-powered tools to improve content creation, workflow efficiency, reporting, and marketing execution.

• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences, communications, and marketing processes while ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B, manufacturing, industrial, or technology environment.

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and marketing automation platforms.

• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.

• Experience supporting sales organizations through marketing materials and customer communications.

Technical Skills

• HubSpot Marketing Hub (email campaigns, workflows, reporting, landing pages, segmentation).

• Google Analytics, SEO, and content management systems.

• Microsoft Office, Canva, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Adobe Firefly, or similar platforms.

• Photography, videography, and basic photo/video editing experience preferred.
