The Seasonal Content Creator is responsible for capturing and creating engaging content that showcases our people, culture, projects, and services. This position will travel to job sites, company events, training sessions, recruiting events, and community activities to produce photo and video content for use across our website, social media platforms, recruiting campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
This is an ideal opportunity for a creative individual who enjoys storytelling through digital media, is comfortable working in the field, and can produce authentic content that reflects our brand and company culture.
A successful Seasonal Content Creator is creative, organized, and enthusiastic about telling compelling stories. They are comfortable interacting with employees in the field, can quickly identify engaging content opportunities, and produce authentic content that strengthens the company's brand, recruiting efforts, and community presence.
Primary Responsibilities
Content Creation
  • Visit job sites, company locations, career fairs, employee events, community events, and training sessions to capture high-quality photos and videos.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms, company websites, recruiting campaigns, and internal communications.
  • Capture employee interviews, project highlights, behind-the-scenes footage, and customer success stories.
  • Ensure content accurately reflects the company's brand, culture, and values.
Content Editing & Publishing
  • Edit photos and videos into polished marketing content suitable for multiple digital platforms.
  • Create short-form videos, reels, stories, and promotional content.
  • Organize and maintain a digital library of photos and video assets.
  • Assist in developing content calendars and campaign ideas.
Technology & Innovation
  • Utilize AI-powered tools to assist with video editing, graphic creation, caption writing, content planning, and workflow efficiency while maintaining brand standards and content accuracy.
  • Stay current on emerging social media trends, content formats, and digital marketing best practices.
Brand Representation
  • Professionally represent the company while visiting customer locations and attending public events.
  • Build positive relationships with employees and encourage participation in content opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with smartphones, cameras, and video equipment.
  • Experience using video editing and graphic design software (such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar).
  • Comfortable using AI-assisted tools to enhance content creation and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Strong creative eye for photography, videography, and visual storytelling.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with the ability to travel to company locations, job sites, and events.
