Job Summary:
OGX is seeking Retail Team Leads to assist with overseeing the Hershey Super Sweet Adventure Retail Team and maintaining retail and photo elements of the experience while also preserving the cleanliness of the space. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has the “Guest first” attitude.  This part-time position may be scheduled for up to five (5) days OR 28 hours per week. This part time position pays $20.00 per hour.
Responsibilities:
  • Works with the Guest Experience team to ensure consistent Guest satisfaction
  • Ensure theming related to the attraction is maintained
  • Maintain cleanliness of the retail area including sweeping floors, wiping down, and removing trash around the venue
  • Complete Opening/Closing Checklists
  • Assign and reconcile cash drawers
  • Assist Team Members as needed
  • Delegate responsibilities to ensure location is clean, stocked and “show ready”
  • Direct Team and follow up on assigned tasks
  • Work with Guests to correct issues and ensure satisfaction
  • Oversee and assist with photo purchases and customization
  • Schedule repairs and maintenance to resolve swiftly and effectively
  • Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary standing position more than 65% of the time
  • Must be able to move about within the retail area
  • Must be able to commit to a minimum of three shifts, one of which must be on a weekend day
  • Constantly positions self to clean and maintain area 
  • Regularly operates photo equipment and cash registers
  • Frequently lifts and moves items / equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Able to work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
