Work Now Staffing is looking to hire Lathe Operator - Star Swiss for our Clearwater, FL client.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Shift: Will train on 1st shift - 7:00am - 3:30pm, then will transfer to 2nd Shift - 3:15pm - 11:45pm

We are seeking a Star Swiss Lathe Operator to train on 1st shift and transition to 2nd shift upon completion of training. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining Star Swiss-type CNC lathes to produce high-precision components in accordance with blueprint specifications and quality standards

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate Star Swiss CNC lathe machines
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
  • Ensure parts meet strict quality requirements
  • Make tool offsets and minor program adjustments as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
