Job description

Dolan Auto Group, Named Best Place to Work in Northern Nevada, is looking for an energetic individual to work in our Sales Business Development Call Center to help customers find the right vehicle, set up their sales appointment, and cultivate long term relationships with our customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Answer incoming sales calls, emails, andinternet leads
  • Help customers find the best time to view our inventory
  • Long-term follow-up with prospective clients
  • Set appointments with sales
  • Update guest information in our systems
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of the different vehicles available
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers
  • Assist guests in completing purchases online
