Service Department Appointment Scheduler / Phone Receptionist – Big Two Toyota

Overview

Big Two Toyota is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Service Department Appointment Scheduler/Phone Receptionist to join our team. This position is responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, and providing exceptional customer service while supporting the daily operations of the service department.

Responsibilities

●      Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.

●      Schedule, reschedule, and confirm service appointments.

●      Direct calls to the appropriate department or team member.

●      Assist with general inquiries.

●      Maintain accurate customer and appointment records.

●      Follow up with customers regarding appointments and service needs.

●      Assist the service team with administrative tasks as needed.

●      Ensure a positive customer experience from the first point of contact.


 

 

Qualifications

●      Excellent communication and customer service skills.

●      Strong phone etiquette and professional demeanor.

●      Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

●      Strong organizational and time management skills.

●      Basic computer proficiency and experience with scheduling software is a plus.

●      Previous receptionist, customer service, or automotive dealership experience preferred, but not required.
