What is a phone assistant?

A Phone Assistant is a professional who manages phone communications for an individual or organization. Their primary responsibilities include answering calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate person, taking messages, scheduling appointments, and providing information to callers. Phone Assistants play a crucial role in ensuring efficient communication and excellent customer service.
