What is a Phlebotomy Contract?

A Phlebotomy Contract is an agreement between a healthcare facility or laboratory and a phlebotomist (or a phlebotomy service provider) to provide blood collection and related services for a specified period. These contracts outline the terms of employment, pay rates, work schedules, and responsibilities. They are commonly used for staffing temporary, per diem, or travel phlebotomists in hospitals, clinics, or blood donation centers.
