Clinician Position– Adolescent Residential and Day Program

Grove School | Connecticut Shoreline

Grove School, a co-ed therapeutic boarding school serving adolescents with complex emotional and learning needs, seeks a licensed clinician to join our multidisciplinary team.

Role

Provide individual, family, and group therapy within a systems-oriented residential setting. Collaborate with case managers, residential staff, and psychiatric providers. Complete timely documentation and participate in treatment planning.

Population

Adolescents presenting with anxiety, depression, ADHD, executive functioning challenges, autism spectrum profiles, trauma, and attachment-related concerns.

Qualifications

  • CT Licensed (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LMFTA, LPC, PhD, PsyD)
  • Experience with adolescents and families
  • Systems-based orientation; DBT/CBT/EMDR preferred
  • Ability to pass DCF, State, and FBI background checks
