Experience:

Entry Level to Proficient in the Ag Industry or Service Trades

What You'll Do:

  • Install, service & troubleshoot advanced dairy, robotic, and refrigeration systems
  • Join a rotating 24/7 on-call team for emergency repairs
  • Analyze system performance to keep high-tech dairy operations running smoothly
  • Build expertise in robotics, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and welding
  • Train directly with manufacturers & industry pros
  • Deliver outstanding customer service that farmers can count on
