Now Hiring: Licensed Mental Health Clinicians (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PsyD/PhD)
Location: Andover, MA | Telehealth & In-Person

Wellness Way Psychological Services provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to children, adolescents, and adults. We are growing our team and seeking licensed clinicians who are passionate about making a difference.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active license: LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, PsyD/PhD
  • Licensed in MA
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Experience in treatment planning, counseling, and case documentation
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience with trauma-informed care preferred
  • Experience with children and adolescent preferred
  • Collaborative, client-focused, and growth-oriented
  • Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are strongly encouraged to apply
