Spring Specialty (a subsidiary of SBMF Rx). We are a small specialty pharmacy established in 2021, proudly serving patients with personalized, patient-centered healthcare. Our team is committed to providing attentive service, reliable support, and compassionate care to every patient we serve. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our growing team. Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply, and we are willing to train the right person. Candidates with previous pharmacy experience are also encouraged to apply. Position is day shift 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM M-F; approximately 35 hours per week.


Responsibilities include:

· Assist pharmacists with daily pharmacy operations and prescription processing.

· Provide courteous, professional support to patients and healthcare providers.

· Help maintain accurate records, inventory, and prescription documentation.

· Support medication preparation, packaging, and coordination in accordance with pharmacy procedures.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.

· Follow all applicable pharmacy regulations, privacy requirements, and safety standards.

Requirements:

· Entry-level candidates are welcome; training will be provided.

· Previous pharmacy technician or specialty pharmacy experience is a plus.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Reliable, professional, and able to work well in a small-team environment.

· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

· Must meet Texas pharmacy technician or pharmacy technician trainee registration requirements before performing technician duties.
