We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain expert with deep Oracle Health (Cerner) implementation experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at integrating supply chain processes with perioperative and pharmacy operations, ensuring seamless alignment across clinical, operational, and financial domains. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Oracle Health Supply Chain Management, SurgiNet, PharmNet, and Point of Use (POU) technologies, along with proficiency in item master management, implantable tracking, and clinical workflow integration.
We are looking for someone who can bridge supply chain, clinical operations, and revenue cycle performance-a professional who understands charge capture, item-to-charge mapping, catalog and preference card integrity, billing compliance, and downstream revenue impacts.

Requirements
  • Oracle Health (Cerner) experience required - specific expertise with supply chain build, design, integration, and workflows
  • 8 years of related experience required
  • Bachelor's degree required (or 12+ years of related experience can be substituted for a degree)
  • U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance of at least a public trust
  • Ability to tailor communication of complex technical matters for diverse levels of proficiency, positively influence mutually beneficial decisions, as well as build and maintain successful working relationships
  • Strong work ethic and high degree of professionalism, able to adapt quickly to changes in the work environment and to alter approach or method to successfully lead change, reacting well under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting customer service commitments and project timelines
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel

Preferred Skills and Experience
  • Consulting experience presenting to large groups or key stakeholders preferred
  • Federal government experience preferred
  • Adoption concepts including change impact analysis, development of training materials, and organizational change management concepts

Additional Details
  • Works remotely with approximately 25-50% travel required
  • Salary at S&P is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $145,000 - $165,000 (annualized USD). This represents the estimated salary range for this position and is not a guarantee of compensation. Additionally, S&P's total compensation package also includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, 401K, holidays, and paid time off. This posting will remain open for 120 days or until filled (note there may be numerous positions available under by this singular job posting.)
