The eMAR Implementation Consultant manages eMAR system integrations by coordinating schedules and collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to make sure the implementation is successful.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year or more experience working with 3rd party eMAR / EHR systems implementing integration projects and or providing technical product support. Customer service is a focus.

Remote role; you may live anywhere within the Continental USA

Responsibilities
  • Leads the Implementation of eMAR integrations to develop timelines and working with key stakeholders and external eMAR vendors to ensure a successful integration leveraging AS/400 and or Framework application.
  • Complete required implementation, validation checklists, and documentation for new interfaces.
  • Review and coordinate implementation components and timelines with all customers, vendors, technology, and support teams to support pharmacy operating procedures in the facility.
  • Identify and prioritize issues and concerns the document and communicate to leadership.
  • Coordinate in-services, training, and audits in accordance with guidelines and best practice.
  • Provides eMAR integration product support to new and existing customers as it relates to the implementation and/or integration process.
  • Consult with internal teams, partner companies, new / existing customers, and third party system vendors.
  • Problem solves, including field incoming requests, dealing with issues proactively, suggesting solutions that meet and exceeds customer's needs.
  • Remote into workstations / applications to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Provide post implementation and on-going eMAR / EHR interface integration support by working independently with customers for successful resolution.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications

Education/Learning Experience:

  • Required:  BA/BS or equivalent experience.

Work Experience:

  • Required:  
  • Must have at least 1 year or more experience working with 3rd party eMAR / EHR systems implementing integration projects and or providing technical product support.
  • Extraordinary customer service and relationship management experience.
  • Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and channels simultaneously.
  • Desired:  
  • Preferred experience or working knowledge of one or more of the following products - PointClickCare, QuickMAR, Yardi, Eldermark.
  • Experience or working knowledge of the following Microsoft Applications:
    • Microsoft Project Online
    • Teams
    • Sharepoint
    • Power Automate
    • Forms
    • Experience or working knowledge of one or more of the following products:
  • AS/400 and or Framework application

Skills/Knowledge:

  • Required:  
  • Ability to professionally communicate contracted customer goals and directives to defined team members and stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
  • Technologically savvy; Intermediate or above computer skills with Microsoft OS and Office applications, Power Automate, Forms, AS 400, and Framework
  • Creative solving of technical problems ensuring the ability to deliver integrations across a wide variety of systems.
  • Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables ensuring the ability to deliver successful integrations repeatedly on time and within scope.
  • Field support requests and manage problem resolution documentation and ticketing system.
  • Valid driver's license
