Summary
Kelli's provides modern retail technology solutions for hospital gift shops nationwide. We are actively transforming our platforms using Blazor to build next-generation retail applications. Our solutions integrate seamlessly with a Microsoft-centric tech stack, with NCR Counterpoint serving as the foundation of our retail and operational systems.
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain modern web applications with a focus on front-end development (Blazor preferred).
  • Use AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor) to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and explore better solutions-while applying sound engineering judgment.
  • Assist in migrating legacy custom applications toward Blazor solutions.
  • Work with SQL Server databases (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning) to support applications and integrations.
  • Support integrations (e.g., SPS Commerce, payroll deduction, Vertex tax, payment gateways).
  • Build and maintain ETL processes (SSIS and related data pipelines).
  • Collaborate closely with IT and business stakeholders to resolve issues and improve workflows across retail and operations systems.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Other duties as needed.

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of software development experience
  • At least 3 years of front-end development experience (Blazor strongly preferred)
  • Experience with systems for retail and/or warehousing (NCR Counterpoint strongly preferred).
  • Demonstrated proficiency using AI development tools (e.g., Cursor) with an innovative, inquisitive mindset.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, triggers, performance tuning).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
