Job Description โ€“

Responsibilities:

ย Powertrain Embedded Autosar Engineer will be responsible for working with team of engineers responsible for configuring AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW) oriented to the implementation of high-quality, safe, and efficient production-level software. Also responsible for migration of legacy software to AUTOSAR standard software.

  • Working on AUTOSAR Memory module configuration and code generation (EEPROM, Fee) with customer.
  • Responsible for developing a plan to work with the customer directly for Proof of Concept project. The goal of the plan is to achieve AUTOSAR compliance with the minimal amount of work, based on the high level AUTOSAR migration strategy established by the customer.
  • Use ETAS tools to configure ETAS AUTOSAR OS, RTE and BSW and develop some of the software components and configure MCAL in EB Tresos
  • Develop Complex Device Drivers
  • Configure Basic Software (BSW) and generate BSW and RTE
  • Perform Unit testing and functional testing using bench and HIL
  • Issue debugging using Lauterbach debugger
  • Understand hardware documents and probe ECU pins
  • Main interface to the customer for all software related activities for the project

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in AUTOSAR Memory Stack.
  • 1 year of experience in using ETAS AUTOSAR configuration tools (3 years preferred)
  • 2-3 years of hands on experience in MCAL driver configuration for IO drivers (ADC, MCU, PORT, DIO, ICU, PWM, SPI) using EB Tresos.
  • 5+ years of experience in automotive embedded software development experience (8+ years preferred) Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Engineering / Software Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Electronics Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent Other experience / knowledge
  • Excellent working knowledge of configuration management tool
  • Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
  • Experience in using disciplined software development process
  • Must be able to work independently with little supervision
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Organizational, project management and leadership skills
  • Familiar with Agile Methodology
