Job description

Our Pharmaceutical client has engaged us to provide a full time Contractor to support the field sales team in the area of Field Reporting The analyst is responsible for supporting the development of programs that motivate the sales force and drive results.
- Collaborate with the Manager of Field Reporting, Commercial Operations & Reporting Sr. Analysts to guide business requirements and communicate them to developers and testers.
- Assist Manager of Field Reporting in the execution of the vision for Field Reporting, which includes overseeing Proof of Concept/Pilot projects
- Assist in the design and development of the Wizard Field Reporting platform.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of enhancements
- Understand upstream processes that impact the Field Reporting Tool
- Understanding of ticketing systems like JIRA preferred.
- Provide support to upper management in field sales and IT regarding data-related matters, including system bug issues.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of field reporting data delivery, speed, and efficiency.
- Assist in training and documenting processes, as well as standardizing field reports and analytics for field sales forces and internal users.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device industry.
  • - Strong understanding of syndicated data sources, such as IQVIA, and experience with the pharmaceutical sales process.
  • - Ability to effectively translate business requirements into actionable insights by working with upper management in field sales and IT.
  • - Familiarity with data warehouse and system interconnectivities.
  • - Background in statistics, analysis, or sales operations is advantageous.
  • - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • - Strong project management background is preferred.5-7 years of Pharmaceutical or Medical Device experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of business experience.
  • Experience with syndicated Pharmaceutical data sources, such as IQVIA, specific to Pharmaceutical Sales Process required.
  • Highly skilled in MS Office. Analytical skills are required.
  • Familiarity with SAS, data warehouse, and Salesforce.com (Veeva)
  • Previous experience in Finance, Math (Statistics & Analysis), or Sales Measurement/Sales Operations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of data training methodologies preferred.
  • Experience working with field sales as well as IT preferred.
