Summary
 
Product Marketing Manager for Testing Bioprocessing responsible for driving the development and execution of marketing strategies for the product portfolio. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (Product Management, Sales, Training, Campaign Management, R&D, and Digital teams) to establish value propositions and achieve business goals.
 
Responsibilities

Product Strategy

  • Develop and execute a clear, consistent marketing plan for bioprocessing products
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (Sales, Key Account Management) on pricing, positioning, and channel strategies across regions

Advertising & Communications

  • Partner with campaign management to create marketing communication plans
  • Support global marketing campaigns to drive product sales
  • Coordinate digital and social media marketing efforts
  • Set KPIs and perform ROI analysis with marketing communications teams

Product Sales & Support

  • Enable sales teams with tools and resources to promote product features
  • Lead content creation with strong product messaging
  • Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Participate in conferences and trade shows
  • Address complex technical and business queries
  • Support sales/service teams through customer interactions and meetings
  • Train sales and service representatives on product usage and positioning

Sales & Operations Planning / Performance Insights

  • Monitor product line performance (volume, revenue, margin)
  • Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities at customer level
  • Provide regular reports to leadership
  • Keep stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) updated on developments
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 to 10 years in relevant roles
  • Master’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of life sciences research or drug discovery (5+ years industry/academic experience)
  • Experience as a Product/Marketing Manager preferred
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across scientific, technical, and business domains
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Project management experience is a plus
