Account Manager - Financial Services and Banking

Sydney, Australia

QxBranch is seeking Customer Account Manager to drive revenue for new and existing enterprise accounts in Australia.ย  This role will be responsible for developing and executing sales and account management strategies to grow QxBranch's advanced data analytics business for the financial services and technology Industries. You will manage key global accounts in the industry, maintain a long term relationship with accounts and maximize sales opportunities.

A track record in developing relationships and selling data analytics solutions to a range of enterprise customers and small to medium sized businesses is required. Must have experience developing business solutions in the banking and financial services industry.

Experience should include at least 4 years in sales and account management of data analytics solutions, with a preference given to applicants who have experience in new customer acquisition data science and custom software solutions.ย 

This is a challenging role within a fast-paced global team at the leading edge of technology.

Responsibilities Include

Ability to independently develop strategic account management plans to protect, manage and grow existing accounts.

Provide accurate and timely forecasts of client opportunities and deals.

Develop relationships with new leads and driving growth with existing customers.

Leading the development of proposals, balancing commercial outcomes with cost and deadlines.

Work with QxBranch's data analytics and software engineering teams to define solution concepts, project resourcing estimates and pricing.

Promote QxBranch through a range of a marketing channels and support the development of marketing materials.

Analysis of markets and potential customer segments to develop sales plans for new business.

Develop and maintain internal and external collaborative relationships.

Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements

Successful track record of driving sales and growing accounts in a highly technical sales arena with enterprise customers.

Experience building and managing a sales pipeline.

Understanding of advanced data analytics concepts including machine learning, high performance databases, industry best-practices, regulations, and industry models.

Experience selling to and working with Key Executives to drive solutions within a banking business environment.

Bachelor's degree or higher in a technology-aligned field with specializations related to computer science preferred.

Experience in Business to Business selling.

Minimum equivalent of 4 years relevant industry experience.

All aspects of proposal development and client presentation.

Ability to demonstrate keen business acumen.
