What You Will Do:

Business Development - 50%

  • Develop strategic growth plans for new and existing customers.

  • Deliver creative programs and product-based solutions for customer cleaning and sanitizing problems using a results-driven approach.

  • Prepare and present total plant solutions for products, processes, and program changesusing a compelling value-based approach.

  • Develop and manage a multi-faceted execution plan jointly with key stakeholders and decision makers leveraging all available resources.

  • Build strong professional networks and appropriately leverage contacts to establish and/or maintain business.

  • Maintain active membership with trade and industrial associations.

Business Management - 50%

  • Evaluate existing customer plant operations, business objectives, and regulatory guidelines to identify operational efficiencies related to time, cost, safety, and quality.

  • Provide expertise in cleanroom applications, contamination control solutions, and risk mitigation.

  • Provide technical expertise and understanding on the qualifications surrounding GMP related cleaning, cleaning process and company certification and validation services.

  • Ensure operational compliance with FDA, ISO, and any other applicable domestic and international regulations.

  • Work with internal partners to generate and (or) maintain new site process documentation e.g. Cleaning SOP's, and any site specific documentation requirements.

  • Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager to establish personal goals and objectives for sales and service performance.

  • Working with cross functional teams to develop tracking systems, presentations, and reports. Report on project status and team performance capability to cross functional team members and site leadership.

  • Effectively communicate team activities, progress, priorities, to internal partners.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree in engineering, chemistry, biology or related

  • Ability to routinely travel 50% of the time

  • 2 years of experience selling into Pharmaceutical and or Personal Care manufacturing industries

  • Clean In Place / Clean out of Place operational experience, system optimization, and trouble shooting

  • Proven sales track record

  • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record (2 years)

  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position


Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience selling into Pharmaceutical and or Personal Care manufacturing industries

  • Clean in Place system mapping and programing solutions

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including C-level executives.

  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.

  • Experience in pharmaceutical or cleanroom operations.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The total Compensation range for this position is $93,800-$140,600 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
