Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the management team and various departments.
  • Manage correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Organize and schedule meetings, both internally and externally, and prepare necessary materials and agendas.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Support office management tasks, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
