What You'll Do
- Partner with experienced recruiters to support full-cycle recruiting for biotech and pharma clients
- Learn how to identify and engage top talent across Commercial, Clinical and Medical functions
- Source and build pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and creative outreach strategies
- Conduct candidate screenings and help assess technical and cultural fit
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a best-in-class candidate experience
- Maintain accurate data within our ATS and CRM systems
- Support client delivery by preparing candidate summaries and market insights
- Contribute to employer branding and talent engagement initiatives
- Gain exposure to client calls, intake meetings, and strategic hiring discussions
