PeopleSoft BA's or PeopleSoft Functional Consultants

6 Mo. Contract that could get extended up to 2-3 years

Job Description:

Candidates will lead fit-gap sessions, gather requirements, and create business requirements document. Very BA focused work, they will not do much system configuration as that will be primarily done by the SI.

PGE is currently using Running 9.1 and already completed their upgrade on FSCM to 9.2. This project is specifically their HCM 9.1 to 9.2 upgrade. The primary sub-modules within HCM they use currently are Benefits, Payroll, and Compensation. They are looking at adding functionality from the Performance, Time Keeping, and Talent Management modules post go-live, so experience in those areas would be helpful and create more opportunity for an extension.

Definitely looking for experience with a HCM 9.1 to 9.2 upgrade, I would consider this a hard requirement.

-Experience leading fit-gap sessions with business users

-UAT Testing
