Job description

Hi-Altitude Brands | Health & Wellness | Remote (Los Angeles County, CA Preferred)

About Hi-Altitude Brands

Hi-Altitude Brands, through our flagship brand, Stonehenge Health, is a fast-growing direct-to-consumer supplement company on a mission to help people live healthier, more vibrant lives. We develop premium, science-backed formulations featuring clinically studied branded ingredients that set us apart from competitors. Our products are sold through our website, Amazon, and Walmart, reaching hundreds of thousands of customers nationwide.

We are a fully remote team that values autonomy, ownership, and results. We move fast, test constantly, and hold ourselves to high standards. If you thrive in environments where your work has a direct, measurable impact, you will fit right in.

Position Overview

Hi-Altitude Brands is seeking a talented Influencer Marketing Manager to build and run the creator program for our flagship brand, Stonehenge Health, and our growing portfolio.

This role owns the relationships that introduce the brand to new audiences through trusted voices, building an influencer program designed as a scalable growth channel-not a series of one-off partnerships. Hi-Altitude has built a successful DTC business through disciplined performance marketing, and the next stage of growth depends on authentic creators and partners sharing the brand story in a way that resonates with their communities.

The Influencer Marketing Manager will own creator partnerships from sourcing and onboarding through activation and optimization. This role will build the creator affiliate program, manage gifting and ambassador initiatives, secure content rights, and develop a pipeline of creator content that supports organic and paid channels. Working closely with Creative, Social Media, Paid Media, and Lifecycle, this role will identify and scale partnerships that drive both brand growth and measurable impact.

Responsibilities
  • Creator Sourcing & Partnerships: Source, evaluate, negotiate, and build relationships with creators across tiers, from nano to macro.
  • Program Management & Briefing: Create influencer briefs, manage campaign timelines and deliverables, and build strong day-to-day creator relationships.
  • UGC Pipeline: Build a steady, always-on supply of creator and user-generated content to fuel organic social, paid media, and lifecycle channels.
  • Manage Rights, Compliance, and Performance: Secure usage rights, coordinate whitelisting and Spark Ads handoffs, ensure FTC and claims compliance, and track performance through CPA and key growth metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner across Organic Social, Paid Media, Lifecycle, and Brand teams to maximize creator content impact across channels.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years running influencer or creator programs for a consumer brand, ideally in health, wellness, beauty, or CPG
  • A track record of building and scaling a creator program from sourcing through contracting, briefing, and reporting, not just managing an agency
  • Hands-on negotiation experience, including rates, deliverables, exclusivity, and usage rights, with comfort managing budget and contracts
  • Deep fluency with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creator ecosystems, their KPIs, and what makes content perform on each
  • Bring a hands-on approach to creative ideation and execution from concept through launch
  • Ability to review campaign data and turn it into clear recommendations, including CPA by creator and campaign
  • Working knowledge of FTC disclosure requirements and comfort operating in a regulated category where claims are scrutinized
  • Experience with creator whitelisting, TikTok Spark Ads, usage rights, and scaling creator content through paid amplification
  • Proficiency leveraging influencer marketing platforms for creator sourcing, tracking, performance measurement, and payments
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Remote-first mindset with the ability to work effectively across a distributed team; located within driving distance of Los Angeles, CA, preferred

Nice to Have

  • An existing network of creators in health, wellness, or supplements

Compensation

Competitive salary range of $110,000-125,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility

Benefits

  • Flexible time off + 9 annual company holidays
  • Your Birthday is a paid vacation day - take the day to celebrate your awesomeness!
  • 100% company-paid base plan Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance for employees
  • 100% company-paid Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability Coverage
  • 3% Employer contributions to 401(k) regardless of employee participation! (Free money)
  • Matching Charitable Contributions up to $2,500/year
  • $1,200/annual Work from Home (WFH) stipend
  • Employee Recognition and Rewards Program
  • Pet insurance
  • Employee Product Samples and Discounts
  • Professional Development Fund
  • Free Calm App Subscription
