Position Overview


As an Outside Sales Professional, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners by identifying pest-related concerns and recommending customized treatment solutions. You'll build relationships, conduct property inspections, generate new business opportunities, and help customers protect their homes through professional pest management services.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, meeting new people, and being rewarded for their effort and results.

  • Generate new residential customers through prospecting, referrals, networking, and company-generated leads
  • Conduct property inspections and identify pest-related concerns
  • Recommend customized treatment plans based on customer needs
  • Present service options and pricing with confidence and professionalism
  • Follow up on opportunities and close new business
  • Maintain strong customer relationships and conduct annual follow-up visits
  • Accurately document sales activity and customer information within the CRM system
  • Partner with operations and service teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and company events

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred

  • Ability to learn technical aspects of pest control services
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record; must pass MVR check
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug test
