Experienced Professional Technician

Aspire-PS has an opening for an Experienced Professional Technician (Male/Female) to support our Commercial, Residential, and Specialty Services. This is a full-time position with ongoing training provided, including A.C.E.

Pay: $30 โ€“ 40 based on experience and willingness to work hard and not cut corners, and supervise. Only people who fit the listed criteria need to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Determine and explain the most efficient way to eliminate an infestation, whether the method is pesticide use, blockages, mechanical traps, or other methods
  • Follow safety procedures and product instructions at all times when using fumigants and power spraying equipment, such as wearing protective gear
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding pest management
  • Spray the necessary pesticides in appropriate areas of infestation
  • Work with staff in the pest control office to arrange appointments with customers

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of state licensed experience (min. 3 licenses)
  • Strong communication and written communication skills
  • Comfortable in working with ladders, heights, tight spaces, crawl spaces and attics (cleanouts & installs)
  • People person, knows how to work with customers and their expectations, yet understands boundaries
  • Good time management
  • Safety Focused โ€“ no beards due to masks fitting and under 300 lb. per ladder limits.
  • Clean driving record (must provide evidence)
  • Drug Free * Vape Free, Smoke Free
  • Able to pass a background check
  • Not bothered by working outside in a variety of weather conditions
  • Superb customer service skills
  • Able to work with different types of critters, including rodents, termites, bed bugs, and more
  • Has clean driving record and U.S. driver's license
