About the Role:
CQI Home Inspections is looking for a skilled Pest Control Applicator to join our growing team in Hollywood, MD! This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a trusted home services company where your expertise makes a real difference for homeowners every day.
Responsibilities:
  • Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and conducive conditions
  • Apply pesticides, herbicides, and other treatment solutions in accordance with label instructions and safety regulations
  • Develop and execute integrated pest management (IPM) treatment plans
  • Communicate findings and treatment recommendations clearly to clients
  • Maintain accurate service records, chemical usage logs, and inspection reports
  • Monitor treated areas and perform follow-up visits to ensure effectiveness
  • Safely transport, handle, and store pesticide products per state and federal guidelines
Requirements:
  • Valid Maryland Pesticide Applicator License (or ability to obtain one)
  • Prior experience in pest control, extermination, or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of common pests, treatment methods, and IPM practices
