Pest Control Technician

Solidified Pest Control is looking for a dependable, motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team. If you enjoy working independently, helping customers solve problems, and want the opportunity to increase your income, we’d love to hear from you. Previous pest control experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.

What You’ll Do

  • Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity.
  • Perform professional pest control treatments.
  • Identify pest entry points and recommend effective solutions.
  • Educate customers on pest prevention and treatment options.
  • Recommend additional services when they would genuinely benefit the customer.
  • Maintain accurate service records using a mobile device.
  • Safely operate a company vehicle.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service on every visit.

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and professional.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work indoors and outdoors in all seasons.
  • Pest control experience is preferred but not required—we provide paid training.
