Job Description

The Branch Coordinator plays a critical role in keeping our branch running smoothly day-to-day. This position is responsible for coordinating service routes, supporting customer communication, and ensuring administrative execution is accurate and timely.

You'll work closely with the Branch Manager, technicians, and sales team to ensure schedules are efficient, customers are taken care of, and operations stay on track.


Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication
  • Handle scheduling, service inquiries, and issue resolution
  • Deliver consistent, professional service across all interactions

Route Coordination & Scheduling

  • Build and manage daily service routes for pest control technicians
  • Adjust schedules in real time to meet customer and operational needs
  • Optimize routes for efficiency, density, and service quality

Branch Operations Support

  • Support day-to-day administrative operations within the branch
  • Ensure completion of key daily, weekly, and monthly processes
  • Partner with technicians and sales teams to support execution

New Account Setup & Sales Processing

  • Accurately set up new customer accounts
  • Process service agreements and sales transactions
  • Maintain clean, accurate customer data

Accounts Receivable & Collections

  • Monitor and manage outstanding balances
  • Support collections for current accounts
  • Partner with corporate on escalated accounts

Operational Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Ensure alignment with company processes and standards
  • Support audit readiness and operational consistency


Requirements

Experience & Education

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 6+ months of experience in administrative support, scheduling, dispatch, or customer service
Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
