Are you a passionate person who wants to deliver exceptional customer service? As a Home Care Specialist with Mira Home, you will play a vital role in keeping our customers happy and their homes pest-free! You worry about the bugs so they don't have to.

Pay Information:
  • No Experience: $18.00 per hour
  • 1-2 Years Experience: $20.00 per hour
  • 3+ Years Experience: $22.00 per hour
  • Bonus Potential: Up to $750 per month based on performance KPIs and upsells
  • $1000 Sign-On Bonus - For licensed and currently registered technicians with MDARD (7A and 7F)

Your Role in Action:
  • Inspect & Treat: Conduct detailed inspections of residential properties and apply targeted pest control solutions safely.
  • Document: Record pest activity and treatment details after each appointment.
  • Safety First: Adhere to all product labels and state regulations to ensure safe and compliant practices.
  • Customer Service: Be the friendly face our customers trust to solve their problems.
  • Equipment Care: Keep your company vehicle and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record (3+ years driving experience).
  • Comfortable working outdoors and entering residential homes.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and operate equipment.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Experience in pest control is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
