*Your Role in Action:*
  • Lead a Customer-Centric Team: Guide your team to deliver detailed inspections, quality service, and a customer first experience.
  • Ensure Effective Pest Control Solutions: Train and supervise your team in the application of pesticides, baits, traps, and other methods tailored to meet each customer's unique needs are done.
  • Compliance: Ensure company and employee compliance with all state regulatory requirements
  • Documentation: Maintain detailed records of employees, services provided, products used, and treatment outcomes.
  • Safety and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines, product labels, company policies, and state regulations to maintain safe and compliant pest control practices.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of pest control products and equipment to ensure adequate supply while maintaining proper storage and efficient handling.
  • Equipment and Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain pest control equipment and vehicles in optimal condition for safe and effective use by employees.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally to foster strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain cleanliness and organization in work environments, including vehicles and facilities, and promptly resolve any safety hazards, incidents, or equipment malfunctions that are reported.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • Capable of leading, motivating, and empowering a team to exceed operational goals and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Proficient in pest control practices, regulations, and safety standards to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising teams within pest control, overseeing daily operations and team performance.
  • Possess state certification in pest control and a valid, clean driver's license.

Base Pay:
  • Starting Salary: We offer a competitive starting salary that reflects your experience and qualifications with a range between $55,000-$65,000 DOE.
