Job Description

DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is seeking a motivated and results-driven Pest Control Sales Representative to help grow our Pest Control Division in Hazleton and the surrounding areas.

This role is ideal for a professional with strong business-to-business (B2B) sales experience who enjoys building relationships, identifying customer needs, and developing new business opportunities. Previous pest control experience is a plus, but not required. A Pennsylvania Pesticide Applicator’s License is not required for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients and property managers
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct site visits and assess customer pest control needs
  • Prepare and present customized pest management proposals and service solutions
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline
  • Coordinate with operations and office staff to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Educate customers on pest prevention strategies and available service options
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional pest control services and programs
  • Maintain accurate customer records, sales activity, and reporting
  • Represent DCS professionally in the field and at customer locations
Qualifications

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Additional sales or pest control training is a plus

Experience:

  • 21+ years of age or older 
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required (5 years clean driving)
  • Previous business-to-business (B2B) sales experience required
  • Pest control industry experience preferred, but not necessary
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills
