This role leads strategy, team, and outcomes across creator, influencer, and organic social-ensuring these channels drive measurable business impact and strengthen brand authority.

Key Responsibilities

Creator, Influencer & Social Leadership

  • Set the vision and strategy for creator, influencer, and organic social across brands
  • Lead teams responsible for day-to-day execution and performance across Creator/Influencer + Organic Social
  • Build a scalable creator ecosystem (influencers, cultural creators, UGC) that drives reach and relevance
  • Define the role of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest) within the marketing ecosystem

Growth, Commerce & Impact

  • Connect creator and social programs to demand generation, revenue, and customer growth
  • Support social commerce and merchandising integration
  • Partner with Brand Marketing and Merchandising on key campaigns and product stories

Measurement & Accountability

  • Establish KPIs across engagement, discoverability, and revenue contribution
  • Partner with Marketing Investment & Forecasting to assess ROI and incrementality
  • Translate performance into clear, executive-level reporting

Cross-Functional Integration

  • Ensure creator and social programs align to campaign narratives
  • Partner across Brand, PR, Media, and Partnerships for cohesive execution

Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing team, including two senior managers
  • Create scalable processes, playbooks, and standards
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, accountability, and commercial impact
