Job description

Our fast paced insurance agency in Palmer MA is currently seeking a driven Personal Lines Account Manger to join our team.
Responsibilities include Customer sales and service of personal lines insurance policies, ability to resolve client concerns and issues, account round and cross sell on existing accounts.
MA Property and Casualty License is a plus, but not required. Requirements include thorough knowledge of personal lines coverages and markets, experience servicing personal accounts within an insurance agency, working knowledge of insurance agency management software, insurance rating Software and Microsoft Office, AMS 360 insurance agency management system experience is a plus.
