Job Summary: Our Personal Lines team develops and maintains client relationships by providing customized insurance solutions, including presenting policy options, explaining coverage, and delivering accurate quotes.
Full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday | 8am - 4:30 CST | #LI-ONSITE

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present existing and prospective customers with individualized policy options, quote calculations, and educational materials to meet their needs
  • Review insurance policies for accuracy, coverage, and limits to recommend modifications, as needed
  • Deliver a high level of customer service
  • Keep accurate personal information for all prospects and customers within insurance company databases

Position Requirements

  • Property and Casualty Insurance License.
  • Experience in personal lines insurance sales.
  • Team player focused on customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage options, and pricing.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office; experience with agency management systems is a plus.

Pay Range
$22 - $25 / hour
