The Law Office of Ligori & Ligori is looking for the next super Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Draft Complaints for personal injury matters and prepare and answer Discovery.
  • Prepare outgoing Discovery.
  • Draft answers to all incoming Discovery.
  • Review incoming Discovery for complete answers and responses. 
  • Draft appropriate Good Faith Letters and Motions to Compel.
  • Review court scheduling docket to ascertain the judges availability for scheduling various hearings.
  • Schedule Hearings, Arbitrations, Trials, Mediations, and Depositions; and prepare the appropriate Notices.
  • Draft Motions and proposed Orders.
  • Draft Mediation report.
  • E-File documents on both state and federal levels.
  • Prepare cases for trial and provide in-trial support to attorneys.
  • Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and judicial assistants.
  • Other Litigation duties as assigned.  
Desirable Qualifications and Attributes:
  • 1+ years of Florida Plaintiff Personal injury Litigation experience (Required)
  • Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies; (preferable a Bachelor's)
  • Preferable a Florida Registered Paralegal (FRP). 
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Professional, poised, and team-oriented.
  • Must pass a pre-employment screening.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Annual Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (based on experience).
  • Monthly Bonus Potential.
  • Paid Time Off:
    • 1 week after 6 months.
    • 2 weeks after 1 year.
    • 3 weeks after 2 years.
