Supervising Attorney - Personal Injury Pre-Litigation

You will work side by side on a team of dynamic, collaborative, and client-focused professionals who are committed to delivering on our founding core values: Excellence, Teamwork, and Integrity.
The Opportunity
As our Supervising Attorney in our Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of attorneys and case managers in the fight to earn the largest wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic settlements achievable.
Accountable for
  • Manage a significant caseload and a team of Case Managers.
  • Provide informative and compassionate client service.
  • Collaborate with multiple departments, including Property Damage, Case Management, Demands/Negotiation, and Liens.
  • Communicate daily with clients regarding legal strategy and treatment plans.
  • Analyze fact patterns to help clear coverage and establish liability.

Qualifications
  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Personal Injury law.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to supervise and provide guidance and counsel.
  • Experience settling cases in the pre-litigation stage.
  • Spanish fluency is a plus.

Compensation
  • $160,000 - $240,000 depending on experienceplus performance-based incentives
