Role Description The Executive Legal Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Mentor, OH, supporting an attorney with high-level legal and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include preparing, formatting, and organizing legal documents and correspondence; managing case files and calendars; coordinating meetings, hearings, and travel; and maintaining accurate records and deadlines. The role involves communicating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel, handling intake and follow-up, and ensuring a professional, responsive experience. The Executive Legal Assistant may assist with research, document review, and trial preparation, including assembling exhibits and briefing materials. This position requires strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
