What we expect from you


D. Miller & Associates, PLLC is seeking an experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Case Manager to join our Pre-Litigation Department. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive professional with strong medical development experience who can effectively manage personal injury cases throughout the treatment phase while maintaining excellent client communication and case progression.


Experience handling commercial/high-value injury cases will place candidates at the front of the line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an active personal injury caseload

• Coordinate medical treatment and provider communication

• Monitor treatment progress and follow up with clients regularly

• Order and review medical and billing records

• Confirm insurance coverage and liability information

• Maintain accurate case updates and documentation in Filevine

• Ensure files move efficiently and deadlines are met

• Communicate professionally with clients, providers, and internal staff

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Plaintiff Personal Injury Case Management experience preferred

• Strong medical development experience REQUIRED

• Experience handling commercial/trucking/high-value cases strongly preferred

• Filevine experience preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
