We are seeking a motivated, highly skilled Associate Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic team. This position will involve both pre-litigation and litigation responsibilities, offering an exciting and challenging opportunity to grow and advance in your legal career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Litigation: Manage client intake, conduct investigations, gather and review evidence, negotiate with insurance companies, and prepare demand packages to secure settlements.
  • Litigation: Represent clients in court, including drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation. Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations.
