Job description

Our rapidly growing law practice is seeking a full-time Case Manager (CM). As a CM, you must be highly organized, have stellar customer service skills, and have the ability to work on a varied caseload.

Responsibilities:

  • Heavy client contact and daily interaction insurance companies, and medical providers, both via phone and email.
  • Order medical records from providers through a database and communicate with them during the course of treatment.
  • Interact with insurance carriers and healthcare providers to secure records and bills.
  • Work directly with multiple coworkers involved in the management and support of case files.
  • Maintain organized case files.
  • Prepare comprehensive demands with supports
  • Interact with attorneys and present case synopsis when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual Spanish/English (preferred but not required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • Minimum three (3) years prior experience as a case manager working in a law firm. (preferred)
  • Case Management Software Experience (Filevine preferred)
  • Ability to multitask, organize, prioritize, and handle a high volume and fast-paced environment
  • Manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Kind disposition
