Job description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and a proven track record of successfully representing clients in various personal injury cases.
Responsibilities:
  • Conducting thorough legal research and analysis related to personal injury cases.
  • Interviewing clients to gather essential case information and assess the merits of potential claims.
  • Drafting legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement agreements.
  • Representing clients in negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
  • Preparing and presenting persuasive arguments in court during hearings, trials, and arbitrations.
  • Providing ongoing legal counsel and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process.
  • Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure effective case management and client satisfaction.
  • Staying abreast of changes in personal injury law and attending relevant continuing legal education seminars.
