• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate client needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring an individualized treatment approach.
• Develop and implement comprehensive therapy plans tailored to individuals, couples, and families, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
• Facilitate counseling sessions via telehealth platforms, delivering high-quality care that is accessible and effective.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies.
• Participate in regular training and professional development sessions to stay current with best practices, emerging trends, and therapeutic techniques.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and address the holistic needs of clients.

The therapist will work primarily with a diverse range of clients, including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and family dynamics. • Master’s or Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and active LMFT licensure in the state of Maryland.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, with demonstrated competency in working with couples and families.
• Experience in utilizing telehealth platforms for therapy delivery.
• Familiarity with community resources and support systems for referrals and collaborative care.
