At Parks Hospitality Group, we are seeking a skilled Kitchen Supervisor to oversee back-of-house operations. You will work with the kitchen staff during meal periods and banquets, maintain inventory, and ensure food safety and quality.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Work alongside kitchen staff, providing training and guidance.
  • Monitor inventory levels, handle orders, and control food costs.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef to maintain and update menus.
  • Manage kitchen maintenance, ensuring equipment is cleaned and functional.
  • Assist the Executive Chef with preparing for banquet meals and in-house restaurant meal periods

What You’ll Need:

  • 3+ years of kitchen operations experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role is preferred.
