To ensure our branch associates are provided the foundation to be successful in their career at the branches, UMB has transitioned a handful of our branches within the footprint to function as Learning Branches. Within the Learning Branch, our Learning Branch Personal Bankers not only function as the traditional Personal Banker, but their primary focus to provide on-site training, mentoring, modeling and support to our new branch associates.

How you will spend your time:

  • Mentoring and training new Retail Banking associates.

  • Creating and expanding relationships in your community through outbound calling efforts to customers.

  • Processing customer account maintenance and standard branch transactions such as: address changes, check cashing, deposits and opening deposit and loan accounts.

  • Collaborating with internal partners, such as small business officers, mortgage officers, private wealth managers and others.

We're excited to talk with you if:

  • You have a HS diploma or equivalent

  • You have two years retail banking experience OR one year retail banking and one year training/mentor experience

  • You have the ability obtain a NMLS registration within 90 days

Bonus points if:

  • You are bilingual

Compensation Range:

$38,910.00 - $75,080.00
