Photolithography Technician5, Equipment Engineering

We are seeking a highly skilled Photo Equipment Technician with ample experience working on photolithography equipment. The ideal candidate willpossessbroad knowledge of electronic, robotic, and pneumatic systems related to semiconductor manufacturing anddemonstratethe ability to troubleshoot down to thecomponentlevel when necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance with root-cause solutions for all repairs.

  • Troubleshoot and repair complex systems using schematics, hand tools, DVM, oscilloscope, and other diagnostic equipment.

  • Implement solutions for continuous improvement in machine availability, cycle time, MTBF, scrap reduction, cost of ownership, and equipment downtime.

  • Develop model-based troubleshooting plans for extended tool downs.

  • Conduct data analysis of tool performance and drive improvement activities based on findings.

  • Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) to troubleshoot issues and assess tool health.

  • Ensuretimelycompletion of projects using strong time management and project management skills.

  • Maintain excellent attention to detail and follow-up to maximize operational production and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Seeking10+ years of experience in photolithography equipment.

  • Broad knowledge of electronic, robotic, and pneumatic systems in semiconductor manufacturing.

  • Ability to troubleshoot tocomponentlevel when necessary.

  • Proficiencyin reading and interpreting schematics and using diagnostic tools.

  • Good understanding of the Photo Process.

Hands-on experience with tools such as:

  • ASML /100, ASML /700

  • Nikon SF100,130,155

  • TEL ACT 8 tracks

  • Ultratech steppers
