Job description

We are seeking a hands-on Outbound Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily execution in a fast-paced, perishable eCommerce fulfillment operation. This is a working supervisor role responsible for both leading the team and actively supporting outbound operations to ensure accurate, on-time shipping and high productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Outbound Execution
• Lead and support daily shipping operations including pick, pack, and kitting
• Ensure all orders (DTC, wholesale, and corporate) are accurate and shipped on time
• Oversee FedEx trailer schedules and coordinate timely loading and dispatch
• Manage trucking execution and ensure proper handoff and deliveries
Labor & Throughput Management
• Drive labor productivity and throughput to meet daily volume targets
• Adjust staffing and workflows in real-time to maintain efficiency
• Monitor and manage timekeeping, labor tracking, and time clock adjustments
Quality & Food Safety (SQF)
• Execute and enforce SQF programs and food safety standards
• Ensure daily logging, tracking, and compliance documentation is completed accurately
• Train team members on proper handling of perishable products and safety protocols
Team Leadership & Development
• Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse associates, leads, and specialists
• Support onboarding and training, including equipment and forklift certifications
• Act as a floor leader, stepping in wherever needed to keep operations running
Equipment & Safety
• Oversee proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and forklifts
• Ensure all team members are trained, certified, and operating safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications
• 3-5+ years of warehouse leadership experience (eCommerce or perishable preferred)
• Proven ability to manage high-volume outbound operations
• Strong understanding of shipping systems, carrier coordination, and fulfillment workflows
• Experience with food safety (SQF or similar) strongly preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish (required)
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to work in a physically active environment
