Perishable Order Selector - Independent Work, Incentives & Weekly Pay!
Location: Madison, WI - Femrite Drive Facility
Looking for a physically active job where you can work independently, stay busy, and earn extra money through performance incentives? Certco, Inc. is hiring Perishable Order Selectors at our Femrite Drive warehouse facility.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing refrigerated and frozen grocery products for shipment to independent grocery stores throughout the Midwest. Products may include dairy, deli, produce, frozen foods, and other temperature-controlled items.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying active throughout the shift, and taking ownership of their work. Once trained, employees largely manage their own orders and productivity throughout the day. Many team members enjoy listening to music while working and pushing themselves to maximize incentive earnings.

  • Select and prepare perishable grocery orders for shipment

Job Summary
The Order Selector is responsible for filling customers' grocery orders and delivering them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. The Order Selector is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.
Essential Job Functions
  • Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is shipped
  • Carry or transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms
  • Tag or mark orders as requested
  • Repack orders when necessary
  • Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage
  • Stock product in pick slots
  • Conduct physical inventories as required
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
  • Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse
  • Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety and complies with OSHA and MSDS Standards
  • Meet company standards for productivity
  • Is regular in attendance and complies with the Company Attendance Policy

Equipment
  • Operate powered lift trucks in performance of order selecting duties when required
  • Conduct safety inspections on any equipment used
