This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging with clients via telehealth platforms. • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to accurately determine clients' mental health status and treatment needs.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with each client's goals and preferences, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions with adult clients, implementing solution-focused and strengths-based therapeutic approaches.
• Utilize teletherapy tools to deliver virtual therapy, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention services as necessary to support clients in acute distress or emergencies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities to remain current with best practices and advancements in the mental health field.

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to building strong client relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage a full caseload while maintaining quality care.

• Experience in providing teletherapy or virtual counseling services is highly valued.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
• A track record of successful client outcomes and the ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet specific client needs.

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and caseload. Our benefits package includes:
